Each one hundred times dressing takes 15-20 mins and dresses around 0.015mm-0.02mm diamond.<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The grinding range of the tungsten carbide rod taper: Dia: 3mm-12mm ; Length: 40mm-120mmL. The grinding taper length is from 20mm-100mmL.<\/li>\r\n<li>For Infeed grinding automation The part is sliding into the V slot from the auto loading device. Then pushing the part into the position between two wheel. Then, starts grinding .<\/li>\r\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Whenl the sparkle grinding, the first Pneumatic cylinder moves the part forward 2-10mm. After sparkless grinding fisnishing, the second pneumatic cylinder will push out the part.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-implication\">Implication<\/h2>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>The part need an opposite taper and it need 2mm blank on the top.
