According the real case and experience we met and tested the grinding wheel.
The features introdution:
1. 38A – for any material, it can grind but the roundness can have a good result about 0.002 mm
2. GC – Good for soft material and hard material. For finishing result is good for hard material like, ceramic, tugstencarbid but can stand very longer. For soft material, it can be used for plastic, copper, stainless, aluminium and even wood
3. 25A – HSS life spand is good than 38A , good for heaving grinding and finish grinding. it can achieve the roundness below 0.001mm
4. 50A – Hard chrome plating Roungness below 0.001 mm
5. 76A – High roughness keep Ra.0.8-0.4 stable
6. WA – All material: the shortcoming is than it has to dress usually. the rounghness could be Ra: 0.2 below Roungness below 0.001mm . Especially, it is good for dressing diamond wheel.
