進階型NC無心磨床

NC centerless grinding machine Advance Type. 針對工件單一性變化性一致且為量產之工件特別適合使用對話式NC型的無心磨床。特色:1. 整體機構及設計適合及對話式視窗方便操作員使用2. 使用兩軸(含砂輪自動修砂)以上之機構，於修砂後會自行進行修砂補償，其準確誤差小於0.002mm。配置上搭載Misubishi Q-Series GS2110-WTBD-N及人機 Pro-face操作介面 10" 。N and Pro-face 10″ interface.

控制器設計特色

標準規格三菱Q系列，可以選配全避迴路光學尺及線上外徑量測。
對話是介面方便操作，不須回原點，可以記憶上次工作原點。
在無避迴路的量測系統下，其精度在每次修砂後可以控制在0.002mm以下。
