We will separate your problem in two categories: one is machine precision and the other one is machine functional problem.

Functional problem:

1. seeing your picture or video to tell you what issue and how to change the spare part.
2. Sending technician to help you change it.

Machine precision:

1. Technician will check every geometric precision, if it is under control
2. Doing standard rod grinding test
3. Testing customers’ workpiece to decide the problem and tell cutsomers’ how to do next.

Service contract

You can depend on the quality of your machine. You can extend the warranty period by 12 or 24 months under favorable terms. All repairs and the necessary original parts are covered, excluding wear parts.
