Performance

The whole size precision is below 0.01mm.

The reservation for grinding is 0.15mm. The job speed is around 120 secs / per pice.

After auto dressing and compensation, the size control can get below 0.002mm precision

Size control:  ingnoring the 50mm of head and bottom, it can reach 0.002mm. if including the whole bar, it can get 0.01 below. 

In special condition, the straightness before grinding is under the control 0.1mm /1meter, it can reach cylindricity 0.005mm below.
