Above two axes (including the grinding wheel dressing), it can do the compansation when dressing. The precsion could achieve 0.002 mm below.  This machine system is equipped Misubishi Q-Series GS2110-WTBD-N and Pro-face 10″ interface.

The feature introduced:

  1. The Misubishi Q series can equipe the close loop linear scale.
  2. Dialogue interface is easy to operate. Automatically remeber the processing point without back to zero point when turning on the machine.
  3. withouth the close looe linear scale and on line measuring system, the precsion controlled is below 0.002mm after dressing.
