Through-feed Grinding Automation

For thrufeed grinding automation, we have several standard choice based on your diameter and length. If you are caring about the scraping, we will use the PTFE materia in some parts and filtering equipement to avoid it

Before, you decide the loading way please consider the following introduction.

1. Figure: the slot or hole will affact the precision, sometimes the direction should be decided.  or the diameter is bigger than the length or the figure will course the other one jumping.
2. Material: Is it soft or hard metal?
3. Also, grinding wheel and coolant are important.
