Thrufeed Grinding Automation (SUS 2mm)
Features: 12S + Thrufeed Grinding Automation Vibration hopper, number counting with Electric control.
Dressing reminding alarm: when dressing number is reached, it will stop the hopper and remind operator to dress.
When no workpiece grinding, the machine will count time. If it taking too much time, the hopper will stop. After the operator find something wrong, then turn on it again.
Workpeiece features: After grinding, no damage on the body. the paralle of the two wheels, should be very careful. in addition, the dressing angle and tilt angle should be very close.
